Current Personal Training Classes
All group classes are $10, per class.
Cardio & Core:
Blast fat and improve fitness quickly with a cardio workout; combine that with core training for overall strength, stability, and a rock-solid midsection.
Offered: Wednesdays 9am and Saturdays 9am
Appropriate for all levels of fitness. No equipment needed.
Total Body Tone:
Tone and Tighten the entire body – from shoulders to calves – to stay fit, strong, healthy and energetic!
Offered: Wednesdays 7pm, Thursdays 9am, and Saturdays 10am
Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Dumbbell weights helpful but not necessary.
